I know working in the office 8 hours a day is really exhausting especially when you boss is just around. Freelancing is also a good option provided you have already established a clout of clients so that you'll have a fallback whenever necessary. Before resigning from your current job, try to calculate your income at your present job and your incoming in your soon to be job. That way it will help you decide on what to do with it.

Where Are The Houses?

I feel sorry for those people who could find nowhere to live. I know how hard it is to be sleeping on the streets. I hope that North Dakota governor will be able to address this issue properly. Like Joey Scott who is working in an oil industry, it's not really safe to sleep in the parking lot of Walmart. Or companies should also ensure the safety of their employees. Workers might meet accidents in the streets and might get sick if not given proper shelter in the future.

Go Where the Grass is Greener

The recent financial crisis has made a lot of damage to most of the industries, a lot of lay-offs, and still thousands are left unemployed.
