In today's economic climate, we can say that the odds are in favor to the employer's in the labor market. When there are a lot of people applying for the same job, the employers have the chance to be very picky. It is up to the applicants to show what they've got as every move counts.

In computer security, there are still a lot of vacancies that need to be filled. However, applicant numbers are also large so you might want to take into consideration the tips listed here.
