What inspired you to launch your own website?
I identified an opportunity in the market place for A personal and pro-active approach to qualifying, identifying and finding the most suitable candidates for our clients.

The site was launched on 1st August 2008
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I understand Altos in Spanish means High so as we want to be top of the pile we thought the name Altos Recruitment said it all.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Our offer is A personal and pro-active approach to qualifying, identifying and finding the most suitable candidates for our clients.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Our Goal is to become the No.1 Recruitment agency in Gibraltar and the Costa Del Sol

I would not change anything, I intend to build the business on reputation not money
