Giving up Music for The Call of Duty

Preston Eldridge gave up his music career to a call of duty as an officer with the Alamogordo Department of Public Safety.

Over 4 years ago, May 6, 2006, he joined ADPS after leaving his position as an upright bass player in the Son of Pioneers group after six years.

Because of his focus and determination, Eldridge received Department of Public Safety's 2009 Officer of the Year Award.

This prove that whatever field your in whether its your first choice or not, you could still do your best.
