In difficulties of today's job market, there are more and more people than ever, that are finding excuses for them to stay in a job that they do not like.
Nothing better out there, is what they all argue, and they say that they are lucky to even have a job. Truth is, in fact, that if you are not happy with the work that you do, it simply cannot stay as a secret, forever.
This is not good for one, for one's employer, neither is it for one's reputation in their field of choice.
