A US district judge in New York ordered a top Apple Inc. executive for possible breach of contract with his former employer, IBM.Mark Papermaster will temporarily cease his employment with Apple Inc. until further notice. He worked for IBM for 25 years. After resigning, he signed a contract not to work for a competitor in 1 year. Papermaster argued that Apple is not a competitor of IBM, which disagreed.
