What inspired you to launch your own website?
Extreme difficulty in searching multiple india job sites for the same type of jobs and is very time consuming to visit each and every job portal and type the same job search criteria. Instead, we are providing one convenient place to search jobs posted on major india job portals, with one click. Jobs are updated everday.

IndiaJobPlace was launched early part of 2008.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
IndiaJobPlace.com was named for the purpose of the website, a place for jobs in India.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We are adding more and more india Job portals everday and we have incorporated good technology to make the portal very fast, even though we have more than 6,50,000 jobs online for searching and adding 1000s of jobs everyday. Simple, to the point website.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Options are open at this point, main goal is to make IndiaJobPlace.com one of the major vertical job search engine for India.

Use the latest web 2.0 tools to make the user interface very unique and easy for the users and also interesting.

yes, of course, the technologies used are very scalable.
