One problem in booming economies like that of India's is that a gap grows between the growing economy and the people that make it possible. I am talking about the problem of high attrition rates in companies.
Why do employees leave their present companies at an earlier time than what is expected? We could go on and on, but India's growing economy is surely one of those reasons. This will be further discussed here in Desicritics.
